After your order ships, delivery can take as little as 2–3 days, but may take up to 15 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order every step of the way.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Can’t find the email? Check your Spam or Promotions folder. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Transit times vary based on your location, but tracking is always included once your order leaves our facility.
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact Us ASAP. Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it—just Contact Us within 24 hours. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to reroute it.
Some products are shipped from different warehouses. It’s normal to receive separate packages if you ordered more than one item. The rest of your order is on its way!
We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or something defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund. Contact Us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Note: We do not offer returns on used items unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
